Curveball.

January 16, 2020 by Adrienne

As has become for most of my recent pregnancies, I got to suffer through a kidney infection this week. This one decided to throw a curve ball and was resistant to the first antibiotic prescribed and came back with a vengeance after a day of feeling improved. Take two, hopefully this one works better. I’ve pretty much held down the couch for most of this week.

I’m almost halfway! My anatomy ultrasound is Monday afternoon. We’re still undecided if we will attempt to learn the gender of this baby at the ultrasound. We have been surprised at birth with all but Sterling, Ruby, and Stellan. I love the surprise but am feeling ill prepared having given everything away. I’m torn. The kids are all hoping for their own gender for the most part, with a few boys voting for twin boys. As if. I’m voting for a sane momma and am not sure twins will keep me there!

Bless your heart that doesn’t sound good. PRAY this med helps clear your UTI quickly.

Haha! Yes, I am sure twins would sure play a role in your sanity. I have wondered how people manage feeding more than one mouth at a time and all the other things that go with it.
