Charlotte brought this to me the other day. She made it. When I expressed my appreciation for her creativity, she announced it was an accident. She had no idea how she made a heart. Funny!
A trip to the feed store isn’t complete without a stop to try on a sombrero! Stellan really really wanted me to buy him the hat. Uh, no. But you’re cute.
The sweat pants with the puddle boots is pretty stinking cute too.
I plopped it on Eden’s head too. She didn’t ham it up quite so much for me, but she cooperated. She’s far more poised than that for such silliness.
We have had spring break from co-op and school this week. We’re still doing math, and the girls have a few other things for co-op, so it’s not off all together, but it’s easier at least. We had a few doctor checkups and a few park playdates and plan a trip to Silver Dollar City for Friday. It opened on Wednesday for the year, and the kids have been counting down the days to opening day and getting to use our passes for the first time. That night we’re invited to a contra dance. The next day Blaine leaves for a three day work trip to South Carolina. So… spring break isn’t actually restful in the slightest?! It’s been fun though. I need days like this to remind myself how fun my kids really are. Getting out and doing things together is pretty important to relieve a bit of the stress of normal life.
