…still moving.

June 12, 2021 by Adrienne

We’re still packing. Still loading the truck. So. Much. Work. The house is empty and clean. The garage is on its way. The barn is started but not finished. The shop is barely touched.

This is the first of two trips. Blaine will come back with the horse trailer for another. But we’d planned to leave Thursday. Then Friday. Now today, Saturday, but not early. So much to do, so many people to pack, not a lot of furniture or things because I sold much of it, but tools and tack and the paraphernalia of a mini farm is enough to be exhausting. Overwhelming. Throw in pregnancy and I’m super over all of it.

Creed was too.

He really enjoyed the cookies some friends dropped off for us though.

This makes me tired just to read it and I am pregnant. I don’t see how you do all the work you do. You are one tough mama. Haha!! GOD BLESS you all with Traveling Mercy!

Whatever day you leave, hopefully you will leave early enough to not have to drive at night.
Also, are you going to go west on I44 then north on I49 to avoid 2 lane roads?
