Happy Easter!

April 5, 2021 by Adrienne

We had a restful Easter. Church, a meal together (fail: I made a ham earlier in the week. Didn’t think about ham for Easter. So in an effort to not double up in one week after two days of ham/leftovers, we had roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, and homemade rolls for Easter instead. The kids made everything, start to finish. It was delicious.) We, in keeping with the tradition of my family, hid Easter baskets filled with candy. And, in tradition with every year lately, Liberty took the longest to find hers. It’s become a running joke.

Happy Easter! He is risen.

Sounds like you had a very good Easter. Nice to have kiddos that can fix the whole meal. You deserve it for sure. Glad you had a restful day.
