The younger eight kids and I are in South Dakota for a week. Liberty lives here, so we’re only missing Eden. My sister and her five are here too. Our week together is coming to a close. It’s a pretty sad house today.
Gaga ball has been the game of the week, followed by Annie-over. Every kid is groaning of sore muscles. The competition has been intense. My dad supplied a couple hog panels and we now have the children in a cage for hours of every day!
It’s been so good. I hadn’t seen my sister since May of 2015. Way, way too long.
I love how much the cousins just fall in together, immediate friends.
Blaine celebrated his birthday and Father’s Day with only Eden home. She took him out, but it was weird to be gone for those. I’m so thankful for the time we got to spend here though. It’s been such a good week.
Wow!! That is a long time not to see your sister. I know you all have enjoyed being together. Would have been nice to have 2 weeks instead of one. Glad you were able to go and have time with your family.
