The many faces of Lachlan Hyde. He’s very expressive. He’s been compared to Vizzini from Princess Bride.
Lachlan is more and more awake and starting to show personality. His cheeks are filling out and he’s finally made it out of newborn clothes.
He’s six weeks old. He’s starting to smile, and sleeping pretty well at night. I suspect he slept all night one night, but the next morning I kept wondering if I’d fed him in a daze or not. I’m not sure.
He’s adjusted to the many children around here. He tolerates Creed… to a point. Then he squalls and Creed looks at him puzzled, not understanding that head butts are not actually that fun at all. It’s fun trying to keep them apart. Creed is 17 months now and well over 30 pounds.
How funny those expressions are. Love the pictures. It is always so good to see post from you.

Thanks for the update. How is your recovery going?
Pretty good, thanks! I have another surgery next week. It’s frustrating to start feeling well again in time to start over. But for now, I’m doing very well.
