Since traveling to South Dakota and home again, Ellie has been a bear. Naps have been scattered and much fought and bedtime is a screamfest. She hates her bed, she wants to sleep with someone else, and she’s a determined sort in her fury when she doesn’t get exactly what she wants.

It’s all Liberty’s fault. She’s a big softie and can’t handle making Ellie cry. Now… she’s created a monster.
Ut oh!!! She is spoiled to sleeping with someone.
She is! Seven kids in and NOW we start spoiling them?!
But it is so sweet. There’s nothing like siblings loving each other. Liberty will make a great mama to her own some day…..as long as she learns to put her foot down a little. 🙂
She’ll learn soon enough what this soft heart of hers creates if she doesn’t put her foot down! Yesterday she asked someone else to lay Ellie down for a nap when I said Liberty could only lay Ellie down and then she must walk away and let Ellie put herself to sleep. Oh my, she couldn’t handle not being able to rock her to sleep.
